Ian Philip Drake Bowden

In the early hours of 2nd August 2023, our beloved brother Ian unexpectedly passed away, in his sleep at home. As well as his family, he had many friends, and we all knew him as an amazingly kind, thoughtful and generous presence in our lives. He will be sorely missed by us all.

His funeral was held at Mortlake Crematorium on Thursday 14th September at 2pm, followed by an informal celebration of his life at the Fox and Duck Pub, in Richmond. Ian's family were delighted to welcome so many of his friends and relatives at both venues - it was a wonderful way to say our final goodbye to a truly remarkable man.

We'd like to thank everyone who has contributed personal messages and photos, and we'll keep this site open a bit longer so friends and family can view the many messages, memories and anecdotes about Ian that we've received.
